Hi sir,

  I got to know about offers and connect with Airtel xstream fiber net through Airtel xstream sales Executive name:D Sriram mob no:- 9951651820

I asked him for the connection on 10-03-2022, some of Airtel company associates came and told me they will connect in half a day , i waited for them but no one came and respond , the next day(11-03-2022) some of Airtel executive with the mobile number +91  8099173325 called me and told he will be coming in 30mins and will provide wiring , but he didn’t came.

Saturday (12-03-2022) both the sales executive and some other guy came and receive payment for 499rs and 6 months plan (@09:02 am)total payment 3004 rupees and they promised us they will finish the connection work in 30mins-60mins , but they have not made the connection. Finally I went to Airtel xstream office that evening and I got to know that there is no fusiblity in my area( Ameenapet, beside kodhanda ramalayam, eluru, andhrapradesh) about this Airtel xstream, the sales executive of Airtel xstream cheated us and took money from us , we complained to the Airtel authorities they said like it’s our executive mistake will refund the money in 7days , till today we didn’t got the refund.

I even asked the authority of Airtel why should I wait for my money ,for the mistake done by their authority, even i waited for the 7 days till now there is no refund.
