Airtel charged me for a month of service in advance, while the service stopped way before 30 days a complaint was filed with their android application, but there was no resolution. Then issue was raised using online social media platform and also by calling customer care, but there was no resolution. Almost every month airtel doesn’t provide service for a week or so which causes economic loss.
