Dear Concern
I am Ridwan Chowdhury from Bangladesh now in Kolkata with my family touring for a few days. We are staying KYD street in a hotel. We went to a retailer shop for balance recharge and told the shopman to recharge 100 RS in my number and 100 RS in my wife’s number and asked him if we recharge 100 RS each what is the data offer included? He said with 100 RS recharge we are supposed to get 1 gb data free. We agreed and after recharging he is saying that he has given us 1.5 gb data and 95 RS talk time to each of us and we have to pay him now 250 RS that is total 500 RS. This I was not agreeing as I told him clearly that I want 100 RS recharge. He forced me and threatened me and I had to pay 500 RS. My Airtel number is +91 97484 41378
