• Unable to view tata sky during the lockdown in the beginning due to poor signal. Had already paid TATA sky an advance subscription fees till September 2020. Could not connect with the helpline number due to no availability.
• Later in June got connected to helpline and asked them to reverse the subscription fees for the 2 months as we were unable to view tata sky due to no signal but they refused.
• On the call with customer care it was agreed that technician visit fees would be waived out but even that was charged
• LNB was replaced which till date does not resolve the poor signal issues still those charges have been recovered and the techician charges from my advance subscription alrady paid to tata sky
• I have made numerous calls to the customer care and now they refuse to admit that they had initially agreed to waive off the techician visit charges
• Tata sky is cheating and only recovering money by debit ing from the advance paid without I receiving proper signal and resolving my issue.
• Need action to be taken on the call centre employees as they falsely promise when I had told them that I will be disconnecting tata sky servicescand need my refund back for the advance paid till September 2020
• Customer service manager has informed me that no technician visit fees will be taken from me but even that was not fulfilled plus till date I continue to face poor signal issues inspite of the weather conditions being good. LNB replaced does not resolve the poor signal issues.
• Tata sky is just making us a fool and extracting all the advance subscription made by us towards charges.
• Need my hard earned money to be refunded foe which ni service I have received during the lockdown months also the other additional charges debit from my account needs to be refunded.
