I want to closed my no 9810553169 that no. I got when I installed your airtel wifi that time your executive said it’s one month free plan and its mandatory to take no for installations wifi and also he guide me its prepaid no and if you dont want to continue so you ont recharge your no it will deactivate automatically but I got Bill to pay and I multiple time trying to connect customer care arrange call back and not received any call from your side to resolved my query and also 9:45pm 14-09-21 I call customer care and said arrange call right now to your supervisor but he not connect and hold my call without any co information and me after that he cut the call please raised complete for that your employee who take that call and resolved my query asap either I complain your complaints to consumer court and your social media as well pathetic service you give your customer arrange call back me on urgent and responsible person who handle my query respectfully 9990119850 also sharing you to recording that person who take last call
