I had applied for a data entry job through your portal. A person from an Enterprise named Nextgen Solution contacted me through whatsapp and sent me the job details.
Then they demanded me to send an amount of Rs.2200/- as a security fee for project 1 and informed that the same will be refunded after successful completion of their 3 projects. I had a trust on their words and paid the amount.
Then they assigned me a project on my acceptance and asked me to complete within the scheduled time. I completed the project properly as per their requirement and sent the same within the time given by them. They didn’t send my salary for my proper completion of project 1.
While contacting them for my salary, they again demanded me to remit the security amount (Refundable) for the 3rd project (skipping 2nd project). I asked them why they are insisting me to remit the security amount for the project 3 instead of project 2. I requested them to send the project 1 salary after deducting the security money. That too was denied by them. Later I asked them that if I remit the 2nd security money when I receive my payment for project 1. They promised that the payment will be credited to my account within 45 minutes after receipt of the 2nd security amount. At that time I asked them whether I can go for the 2nd project and they agreed. As such I sent the 2nd security amount also (Rs.2600/-) without receipt of my salary for project 1. They confirmed the receipt of the same through whatsapp.
After that they are keeping silent and till now no response from their end regarding my salary.
Hence, I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest for receiving my salary for the work done (Rs.14000/- for project 1) and two refundable security amounts (Rs.4800/-) which I remitted earlier, a total amount of Rs.18800/-.
I will be very grateful to you if I receive my salary amount along with the two security amounts due from the said Enterprise M/s. Nextgen Solution as early as possible.

NEXTGEN SOLUTION Company did the same thing with me too. They took money 2 times from me and then did not pay back.
