My name is Ajay Kumar, I have utilized Paytm Post-paid facility by Loan account number PYTMPPABFL6763313029 and make the payment on time every time, but from June 2023 I not paid post paid bill due payment due to my health issues and this period I faced very critical financial problem. I continue told to Paytm customer care executive that at present my not position to pay Paytm due bill amount but Paytm post-paid customer care executives will repeatedly calling and harassing me to clear the total outstanding amount, otherwise this will be taking next level and Paytm send mr. Abhishek Tiwari mobile number at my home on dated 10.09.2023 then I request to Mr. Abhishek Tiwari that at present not my position to pay Paytm post paid due bill amount and conversation Mr. Abhishek Tiwari with me and give offer to me that he settle the Paytm post paid due amount in Rs. 14900/- instead of due total amount Rs. 28768.62 then I request to Mr. Abhishek Tiwari send me confirmation that this is Paytm post paid bill final payment. But Mr. Abhishek Tiwari not send to me confirmation. On dated 15.09.2023 Mr. Yogendra mobile number call to me and assured me and give offer to me that if I pay Rs. 19900/- instead of due amount total Rs 28768.62 then Paytm post paid due amount is nill then I arrange the amount Rs. 19900/- after very problem and on dated 16.09.2023 I again told to Mr. Yogendra that this is Paytm post paid bill due amount is settle in Rs. 19900/- then Mr. Yogendra confirmed to me and again assured to me if I pay Rs. 19900/- instead of Rs. 28768.62 then Paytm post paid due bill amount is nill and Paytm not send any message and not call to me for due balance amount and after received the amount Rs. 19900/- Paytm send NOC to me. After conversation and promise of Mr Yogendra behalf of Paytm I paid the Rs. 19900/- to Paytm against Paytm post paid due bill amount Rs. 28768.62 But after received the amount Rs. 19900/- against Paytm due bill amount Rs. 28768.62 then Mr. Yogendra and Mr. Abhishek Tiwari not pick the my phone and not clear the amount in Paytm post paid then I submit my request in Paytm by Ticket Id : 22138960737 time 2:55 PM, 16 Sep 2023 but not any response Paytm side but send me message that pay balance amount Rs. 8763.62 to Paytm other wise start the legal action against me. Paytm representative Mr. Yogendra and Mr. Abhishek Tiwari folse told to me and cheat with me on behalf of Paytm at present my not position to pay balance amount Rs. 8763.62 to Paytm. Hence I am requesting you, please look in to this matter and issue order to Paytm for send me NOC of above mentioned loan and close this matter.
