I was using prepaid no. Of Airtel but suddenly my no. Was crashed by Airtel it was not working. No signal neither registered. I called them from different no they said that i’ll have to visit nearest airtel store to get new sim. Then i visited store they said that you are already using airtel postpaid no. So you will have to pay only 150 rupees and you will be added to family plan. And you will get 100gb of 4g data, 100 sms per day and unlimited call all over India. Now after when i have converted my plan with 150 rupees then after few days without any information they have converted my plan to 199 that to no information yet. When i called them they said some one from senior member will call you within 24 hours but now its been 11 days no one called regarding this matter. Now im facing problems everyday network issue, data issue, call issue. They claims that they are the largest network but they lies to their consumers neither network nor net everything is zero. They just deduct money from their consumers account that to without any reason. And when you abuse them they will return it back. Now i have complained them several times but after few times they disconnected the call without asking me. They simply say that change your sim to different mobile your network will become ok but i have done it many times no changes. I m fade up of all this. I think i have done big crime to get converted in postpaid. Prepaid was good. This irritated me a lot. I want to go back to prepaid. Want my plan back stop this nonsense. And that cheat girl who do adveadvertis about airtel ask her to check first then announce others to use Airtel. Hell like service. Hell like executives. Hell like network.
