Airtel is number 1 cheat and Fraud company. If the intention of the company is to loot customers and not provide proper customer support then it’s better to shut down the company.
They have taken money from me for broadband connection. And after taking money the local service guy tells there is no connection in my area. But customer care insists me that a connection will be given ASAP. And again the local guy who doesn’t have contact to the customer care says it’s not possible and the chain continues. I’m so tired of this and refund was initiated months ago. It’s been over 3 months now and I still haven’t received my money back. The customer care promised me it’ll be credited within 7 days. And I still keep getting calls for a new connection and I don’t even know my refund status. I have tried calling customer care so many times. No use. Even after lockdown has relaxed Airtel doesn’t seem to resume working on serving customers. Not the first time I’m facing problems with Airtel. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have stopped using Airtel number also because of that. Whole family has been oldest Airtel customers and now all of us are disappointed with Airtel. Its not just us. Please pay attention to your customer reviews and grievances, the whole internet is yelling at Airtel. People are so disappointed.
I will definitely file a complaint against Airtel and get the company shut. The whole India will support me.
