HI THERE
I am a student from kashmir. i purchased a poco x3 pro device (bhima) and after 14 months on ota received by my device and it got hardbricked. Now the trick played by poco said that they had extended the said warranty for device of about 6 months but fortunately i went into a xiaomi/poco service centre they got my device but never tried to repair it or to inform me with any update.
my last message is that the poco india should be fined with the huge whooping amount of Rs 100000000 for manufacturing cheap quality devices and then not taking any serious matter after receiving millions of complaints regarding their poco x3 pro and other devices.
