I bought an expensive carpet in Nov 2020 on Amazon website through seller Amaan carpet from UP. Carpet started to deteriorate in quality after 1 month and has been shedding wool dust everyday. I complained to both Amazon and Amaan about this. Even though they acknowledged that the product is bad, they refuse to replace the product or refund my money.
