Hello,
I have placed an order for sony bluetooth headphones. It was buoy 1 get 1 offer for Rs.1199.00. It was a combo offer of Bluetooth head phones and ear buds from Sony brand. I paid thru netbanking and amount of Rs.1199.00 on 18th April 2021 and I got confirmation also regarding order booked.
Today i got the packet delivered at my home address. Tp my surprise, I have recvd. a cheap quality bluetooth speaker, image attached which i never ordered. There is no document/invoice inside the package and it looks like fraud done with me.
I request you to take this speaker back and return my money. I feel like cheated although I have ordered before this web site and I got good material as per my order. Website also said “NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN” IN 15 DAYS.
I request you to refund me my money Rs.1199 and take return of your wrong product delivered to me.
