My son, Master Yohann Joseph had ordered Bose SoundLink Wireless Around-Ear Set and Wireless Bose Ear-pods from offer of the day on 9th March and was successful in placing Order #8431 for Rs. 1899/- (COD) from frillmobile
Today the parcel was delivered to my residence and to my utter shock, was delivered some duplicate brand Headphones (Corded) with JBL print on the Headphones but nowhere printed JBL on the box. However it is mentioned on the label of the courier parcel Bose SoundLink Wireless Around-Ear Set… (Delivered by Loren Store 89, BMK, S-2, Rohini (Delhi NCR, 110085) Email: roma.ganpat2@gmail.com Phone No. 9870335558
Now I say this is blatant cheating and you owe me an explanation why you should not be dragged to the Consumer Court for cheating, unlawfully taking money for counterfeit products and mental harassment.
If you want to save yourself all this trouble please arrange to return my money (Rs. 1899/-) and take back your nalla product. Hope you will understand the easy way. Please revert.
