I am using Airtel postpaid for using Data services only. Initially they were giving good speeds and i was using airtel frm 6months but from last 2 months there is no 4G speed at my locality and i even filed complaint at airtel customer care. After a week they told me that there is an issue with their network tower in my area and they are working on it to restore it and ensured me to provide proper data speed after upgrading their tower.
But i have paid the bill last month without even using their data and this month too they have sent me a bill of around Rs 600 with even giving their services. I want to file a complaint against airtel for all this inconvenience they created and looting customers by charging without giving services.
