I had paid 6 months of wifi connection fees in advance but after 4 months i shifted from my locality to another for which they had told us that they wont charge us any fees. But now after shifting a month they have sent us a bill of rs 550 even though we still have 1 month of advance money with them. WE spent hours talking with them but to no use ,they forced us to pay the bill or else they had cut our wifi network off
