Text of Complaint by Divya:

Hi the Airtel Internet has been worst recently and we have requested the service provider for the nizampet area to cancel the connection serval times . He was requesting us to keep it but we had no hope on network so we asked him to cancel it and we opted ACT fiber later . But Airtel is still charging us for last 3 months with out even us using it . It’s totally there fault that they have not taken any action .They ask us to pay for what we are not using we also said the caller that we have asked to cancel the connection and it’s there responsibility. They talk rude to us saying as if we were lying to them which is so unacceptable after worst service . Kindly help here .
