I have received a 50% discount voucher on transaction fees from the Ring app agent and the agent asked me to pay the rest of the amount which I took the loan.
I paid the whole amount within the due date and the app is showing me an amount of 1000rs as not yet paid. I contacted the agent again and they said that it is a technical mistake and the amount would be waived off within 24-48 hours.
Now it has been more than 7 days and I contacted them again and again and everytime they are saying the same but not yet waived off. Its a pure negligence from their side and I have recieving messages like the unpaid amount is affecting my credit score. I contacted them again and the agent hung up the call more than 4 times.
I have also sent emails but there is no response. Kindly help me as I do not know any way out from here.
