On my commercial connection tpddl has increased the load from 2kw to 4kw without my consent , now i intended to reduced to 2kw as such load is not required on the site , from 5months I’m communicating with tpddl customer support but keep on reject my complaint/grievance which was submitted by me on there website portal and moreover they don’t entertain any physical complaint by the customer for load reduction , the only option is that you have to submit your complaint online (so that they can harass their customers and charge unnecessary load charges) from last 5 months they keep on charging the amount for 4kw load wrongfully .
