I m in Flexipay Plan for the transaction made on may11th
Attaching you the EMI plan i opted
1.According to it ( highlighted in the pic attached)
EMI amount is 2502 rs for 12 month
As for July
Principal component is 2085.24
And the interest amount is 415.8
Sums up. 2501.4
But i was charged extra 415.8 this month
I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction history (check the highlighted charges in the pic attached)
I got the reply from customer care saying i wasnt reachable
But actually i dint get any calls from them ( and i was ready to attach my call history)
I dint get any reply from them
