I have activated my dhani one freedom card in the month of August. And before activating I asked them if this subscription is monthly or only when I will use the card. And they said sir you have pay only when you use it. But now they charging me subscription fees every month. And when I called customer care they are threatening me that they will damage my reputation and will call relatives and friends and they didn’t even allowed me to talk to there senior.
