First of all, I installed a Dhani app.
Initially, I made electric and other payments through this app.
I also started refunding payments regularly and never missed it.
One day a notification appeared in this Dhani app to increase my limit from Rs.25000 to Rs.35000.
No charge was showing on it. As soon as I clicked on it, my limit was increased from Rs.25000 to Rs.35000.
Till then no message was received that any charge will be taken on it.
The next month, Rs.589 of the subscription charges were added along with my due amount.
I tried contacting Dhani on WhatsApp, but nothing happened.
The option given in WhatsApp which says that customer care will talk to you. I have sent messages many times, but no one responded.
I took out the customer care number from the internet and talked to many people, but no one gave any advice.
On talking to a customer care, he cheated me, even though he didn’t want me, he asked me for OTP fraudulently and Rs2500 was deducted from my Dhani app limit.
And the installments of Rs.2500 became due on me.
This information was given to cybercrime within 10 minutes. We got a mobile number from cybercrime.
I called a lot of time, but no one picked up.
Since then I have sent several emails to Dhani that this has happened to me and I have written a complaint that after this incident I do not want to run this account and I want to make full payment. I also prayed that I want to make full payment by that date and inform me through letter or email so that I can finish my dues and stay away from this mental harassment.
But till date no one has given any answer. New phones come just for recovery and also threaten to take legal action.
