Dear Sir/Madam,
I have not opted or request for Prime membership and the amount of Rs.999/- is levied in my mobile bill in the month of November-2019 without my permission.
Please note that i dont want to go for Prime membership and request you to please rectify the same and refund my money.
I am expecting a timely response from your end.
