On 31st August, 2020, my pack validity was up to 11th Sept 2020.  As enough data was not available, I took pack of 12 GB for the validity period.  I also had free balance of about 1050.

After finishing my work, on 1st Sept 2020, I saw some 100 odd messages from Airtel and to my surprise no pack was valid, all my free balance of cash. was gone.
I feel I am cheated.  For having not seen messages from airtel in the morning, I have to pay INR 1,000.  I cannot figure out what happened to my pack validity till 11th Sept 2020.  If I had known the pack was not valid, I could have purchased normal pack which I have taken today.  Cost of 1100 for this confusion of validity of pack is too much of price and I feel it is OUTRIGHT CHEATING.
