I accedently applied for loan amount of INR 15000/- through AA Kredit loan app, then they provide me with loan amount of INR 9030/- through different loan application i.e. 1- Rupee coin, 2- Lucky Pocket and 3- Fortune Wallet.

Then, I have received amount of INR 9030/- and the total internet charges is rs. INR 5970 and the repayment tenure is only 7 days from the date of loan.

Then After, I had immediately inform them via email (contact@aakredit.in) to reverse these total loan amount of INR 9030/- from my registered bank account but they didn’t reply for my email. Also they don’t have any customer care number to discuss about this situation. So filed a complaint against AA Kredit with RBI consumer forum and requesting to the respective officer to look into this matter and do the needful asap.
