Due to change in NCF by TRAI, tata sky stopped signal and brought it to zero with a sign of lock on my TV Screen suddenly and we were not able to watch TV. No program was being transmitted from tatasky and signal stopped for my TV.
When complaint was lodged on help line and help line person told us that there is technical problem and they were not able to resolve the problem.
They said that you should call technician and lodge your complaint.Technician was called at home.Technician has charged Rs.150/- as visit charge + Rs. 150 for change of part of dish antenna.
Neither Old part is not shown and nor old part returned to us.
This is blackmailing by M/s TATA SKY to charge extra money from customers due to change in guidelines and to comply TRAI guidelines.
