I was offered this card as free from all and any charges. I made a single purchase of
Rs 199, which was duly deposited. However later was informed that an insurance has
been sold to me through this card without my knowledge. Subsequently charges on the
same along with interest has been levied. The bank has made totally false
representation and misleading commitments which is very surprising and shocking. I
am senior citizen, had duly raised my grievance with the bank, which remained
unanswered till date. Today i received a call from 8826330114, stating the he is
speaking from Parliament Street, Police Station Delhi and threatened to arrest me.
Another call from 9355210814 some advocate Amit Sharma, telling that you will have to
pay this amount. I request you to kindly get the matter properly investigated and save
me from being deceived
