Sir/Madam,
I have taken a loan amount of 3500/- from the NBFC Kreditbee app. Including of all the processing fee and GST they have processed an amount of 3131. But, now they are charging for 3500/- with interest. Here my question is why do I need to pay twice for the processing fee and GST. Isn’t it illegal to force customers to repay the loan amount with extra charges. I was abused by their customer supporter Mr.Dinesh. He used words like I don’t have COMMON SENSE. He literally judged me that I lost my natural abilities to behave good. I have attached the whole conversation to you. Please find the attachment.
