On 5th November i got my Tata Sky binge activated, along with it i got the amazon fire tv stick. I had earlier been informed that for the first 30 days i wont have to pay a single penny to use this service. But now that my set top box has been deactivated they are telling me that I’m supposed to recharge my set top box if I WANT TO AVAIL THE “FREE” SERVICE OF BINGE. I had asked tatasky representatives about this and i had even contacted their customer care, they told me that and i quote, “That it won’t be necessary to recharge your set top box to watch binge for the first 30 days”
Please help me out
