Hello All, Can I get some assistance on Paytm Postpaids loot which is managed by Aditya Birla Finance. They are charging me Late fees even after making all the money that I used on time. and from past 40 days every second day they will say on the call Sir we will waive this off however nothing is been done and this is now affecting my CIBIL from past 40 days. And it is impossible to reach out to Paytm postpaid team at Paytm. I am simply requesting my account to be closed but no one is listening.
