They have simply charged me for game spa for which I haven’t opted at all. They do this to reduceour balance to nill and then they say that if you don’t recharge your incoming calls will be stopped. I have two Airtel prepaid Sims. They have done same gimmick to both my Sims. First they did to this no 7760837119. Today they have charged me for the other no 9742307243 and now asking me to recharge. My recharge was under unlimited validity. That’s why they are using this gimmick to reduce the balance to nill and then asking us to recharge with packages which are valid only for 28days or 84 days. This the msg I rec’d for the package I have not opted. Not to reduce the balance further I have at present deactivated the sim in my mobile.

The are not taking the call also saying that your balance is less.
