Dear sir/ ma’am

I would like to complain against  Vi Telecom for their cheating against continuously deducting from my mother’s number talk for a non activated VAS. ( Rs.22 on several occasions)

As a middle class family member I can’t afford this deduction from my talk time. Moreover during this pandemic even it’s a single rupee we need to save it.

So kindly this as my formal complaint letter against my rights to get back this money also my mine intention is to stop this kind of cheating among all Telecom companies in our country.
