Jio store mutthiganj charges Rs 30 for duplicate sim but the price is Rs 25…and they charge it everytime… whether its technical fault or any other fault..the companies text said “Your request for SIM card/eSIM change for Jio Number 63******34 could not be processed due to PoI attached is not an approved document as per DoT. Please visit the same Jio Store to resubmit the request or collect the refund, if payment for duplicate SIM card was made.” i made the payment of Rs 25 ..but they are now refusing refund…and saying we’ll charge you everytime you want a service..help..I know it’s not a big amount of money..but they also charge poor people with false claims and offers..
