I own a Dr Aquaguard water purifier bought from Eureka Forbes. I bought a 2 year AMC which as per company takes care of the maintenance of their purifier. In total the company claims they will visit you 4 times in a year to make sure you get pure water. They don’t turn up. Prior to this they had contractual service agents who use to respond our calls as they had made a repo. Now they no longer work with Eureka Forbes and the company takes no responsibility now. Escalation or calls makes no sense they keep assuring they will send someone and no one turns up.
