Shop name Shivam Icecream, owner name is Sanjay Lakhara at Virar East Near RJ Restaurant, Fulpada Road is charges extra Re. 1 every time on each milk bag by saying electricity charges. This should stop and should take into consideration. There are many retailers in Virar East does this.. please help to stop this.
