As I had a word with airtel CX care they said the router is free with airtel fibre connection , but they are charging me for the router as well as they are charging me the installation fee and extra money for the wire as well in total they want me to pay 500 for the installtion and 150 for the wire , airtel as I can understand does not charge for this services and I believe this is Been charged by the local people. I need airtel to give me a resoultion for this.
