My self Dipak B. Pawar with Airtel SIM card number 9766066094. My SIM card was damaged. I went in Airtel Store which is in Hinjewadi Chowk, Hinjewadi, Pune-411057. They have taken 100 Rs from me for second SIM card without receipt . After one hour I receive Message on my mobile that maximum they can charge Rs 25/-. So they have taken extra 75/- Rs from me. This is big fraud. In one day like me number of customers may get cheated. Do corrective actions on them. I payed 100 Rs through Phone Pay. I have transaction ID of that payment(Kunda Shinde- T2203081356155859080234)
