I got a call from Airtel dated April 6, 2021 about the advertisement of Xstream Box stated Airtel providing it free of cost. Airtel sent their executive when i shown interest of the same. On April 8 their executive Mr. Amit Sharma from Mahakali Enterprises, mobile no. +91-9084753521 had installed Xstream Box and charged Rs. 1500 for activation.
Airtel had charged Rs. 1500 again for the same activation. Rs. 750 extra had been charged again as streaming was stopped anonymously. The extra charging by Airtel continues within the same month, stating service will stop if not pay the charges.
I had registered the complaint with Airtel regarding the issue (complaint no. 42048655) dated May 10, 2021. Airtel has not resolved the complaint, and again asking to charge Rs. 1914.37 stating if not paid all services will be suspended.
I hope you please look into the matter and resolved the quarry.
