I took a small pocket loan of INR 5000 from we cash on 23rd of august , my repayment date was 30th of august as per the policy, on 31st I made the payment as there was some bank issue, total amount paid on 31st was 1997 , 1997 , 997 , 137 which is the complete payment I made, they did not update the 997 amount and since then everyday they charge interest on it, they are trying to take extra money from me and till date the interest and late fee on 997 due was showing to be 2500, today I paid 497 and they promised me that they will remove every other charge if I pay that amount. They are completely unprofessional and harass the customer by stating false language. Team they are fraudster and strict action is suppose to be taken against them.
