Text of Complaint by Praveen Narayanan:

I was told by the serviceman that the firestick will get deactivated at the end of the month. I was not told to call the CC to deactivate it. I have a firestick already and also an android TV. I did not want the firestick in the first place. The CC and the serviceman convinced me to take it as it is free and it will get deactivated at the end of the month. I have used it for 5 minutes in 2 months just to check if it works. This is extortion in my opinion. I request refund of the money that I am charged in this regard. My Subscriber ID :1438099143. The complaint redressal person who called me, hung up on my call abruptly. I made it clear that she is not at fault but still she could not handle my call.
