I bought a device from jio store karol bagh delhi but due to some issue I returned back the device and refund my issued to me by reliance but I was given less amount than the total refund as they told me that my device will be sold to secondary market at it will be sold at a loss so I have to bear some part of the loss .
I bought another device from the same store and I paid extra for the new device as from the previous device less amount was refunded…i complained about it to jio care and jio apallette and it’s been 37 days.
They never mail back to my mails never calls back…and if they mail or call back than the only thing they say is to wait for 24-48-72 hrs… 1st they asked me to wait for 24 hrs later started saying 48hrs and now 72 hrs … Like this they have made me wait 37 days and still no resolution despite sharing all the invoices and payment screenshot.
