The bill which is given to me is more than whati have used. This is not the first time i am facing this issue, this has happened with my broadband connection as well.
I have been asking for proper bills but noone has ever sent it to me. This is the first step of unprofessionalism. After that i was getting continously calls during my working hours from your office regarding the payment. i was really pateint to tell them my story and asked for proper bill but again next step of unprofessionalism , noone has time to sent that and few of them told me write down the complaint number because they can not send it on msgs.
