Actually I have booked rapido bike, at the time of booking the amount shown in the rapido app was Rs.118, but after reaching destination it was showing Rs.155. this was happening every time in the recent days. if we ask to rapido riders they saying that they don’t know in the app what ever shows that should pay., even customer care support not providing proper reason. they intentionally taking some other route to reach destination and they will say due to change of route the price got increased..they are cheating the customer & charging extra amount. Please take an action against this incident & make sure it shouldn’t happen to others..
Requesting for my refund of an extra amount I have paid.
