Dear sir
I am aggrieved due to deactivate the Tatasky in my name Prakash Mehta for 1300.
My subscription was having resit balance Rs 200 valid up to August 2021. Due to installation of replacement of set up box , instead of charging Rs 850, you have charged Rs 1500 , thereby wiping out our credit balance. And they have informed me of debit balance of Rs 1500 at 9 am and beige I pay with objection, you have deactivated my Tatasky as if I am a regular defaulter.
I have taken up matter and talked to 5 people with no result. I asked them only that why you have deactivated.
I request you to activate immediately otherwise I will take up matter legally for disruption of services and I assure you to pay Rs 1500 immediately within one hour. Otherwise , I will take up matter legally to harass me and take you to consumer court. I am using tatasky since 2010 but I have never such experience.
Please send me
1.bill of Rs 1500 with detailed bifurcation and
2. Why you have deactivated at 10 am without giving me proper time for repayment with objection.
3. Restore my connection . Thereafter , I will pay Rs 1500.
