On 25 January 2024 around 9:30 AM l have entered with my car TS 08HB 9159 at EXIT NO 4 IDA BOLARAM and taken exit at EDULANAGULAPALLY EXIT NO.2. I have been charged Rs.90/- where as it is supposed to be Rs.40/-. On the same day around 6:00pm I entered into the ORR at EXIT NO.2 and taken exit at EXIT NO.4. I have been charged Rs.40/-, where as it is supposed to be Rs.20/- i.e half for the return journey with in 24hours. Now a days they charging as per their own on the HYDERABAD. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful. Please give necessary instructions/ warning to the toll administration , so that in future this type of incidents should not be repeated as now a days this type of incidents are happening frequently and so many commuters are facing the same problem.
