I am using Airtel prepaid mobile with unlimited call pack.but I could not call SBI card customer care no for resolve some important issues. Airtel says that it is a Special No (?). In what way it is special . I am calling that no to recover my money. phone no is same for all irrespective of its usage.Why & what for should they have ” customer care”. To loot money from the public. What TRAI is Doing? This Spl No Catogerys should be removed.Apply normal tariff for all nos.
