Dear Team, i could not pay emi on date in May month and later i was given waiver of penalty charges by Navi team on WhatsApp and they sent me link for only emi amount payment, i paid it immediately but they have adjusted 599 as overdue charges and showing 599 still due in emi amount, and they are keep on hitting on bank account for this amount and it got bounced multiple times, now they are asking to pay 1599 which includes 1000rs as late payment charges, please help me and get it resolved.
