Dear Sir/mam,
I had used only 500 rupees to recharge dth 3 months back now every month they are charging more then 1000 rupees penalty how these is possible can any compnay charge you 200% Penalty on every month now my principal amount is 500 and they have charged me 3650 rupees i want to file a complain against them customer care is not picking up my calls niether they are giving any call
