I have taken loan from PHOCKET INFOTECH PVT LTD, CIN: U74999DL2018PTC335760
First Floor,
H-9/1, Block B-1, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate
Mathura Road Badarpur
(South Delhi) New Delhi-110044

I paid one month EMI , that is not reflecting in statement and they charged heavily on loan of 50000.

I missed one month of emi and they copied my entire contact through their mobile app and started abusing me and my family and friends. They used random mobile numbers and called himself hdfc bank recovery agent.

I want to pay the loan amount but they charged heavy interest , that is not possible for me .

Kindly take further action to stop this kind of fraudent activity.
