Text of Complaint by Talha:

I was called a dozen times by salespeople to get an SBI credit card after the fact I had told them I was not interested and asked them not to call me again.

Because of continuous calls from the agents I gave in and decided to get the card. I was told the credit limit would be 4 lakhs and the annual charges 500.

I’ve never used the card, never generated a pin, never activated it and they charge me around ₹1600. and then because of missing the payment, which I didn’t know existed they add a fine of around ₹1000!!

I wrote a mail on customer.care@sbigeneral.in. I got no response back.
I tried lodging a complaint on https://www.sbicard.com/en/webform/write-to-us.page. my complaint was automatically got rejected.

I’m attaching files to prove I’ve tried reaching out.
