Firstly I paid charges for shifting connection then at that place which I wants to shift place is not possible to shifting so I told to technical team that it’s so much damage so i don’t want to do then technical team are went and they close my complaint as a shifting is done
At this point of time gtpl customer representative told that shifting was done
As well as they told me mail to the mail dept and already mail regarding this but they didn’t reply at all
They’re doing legal fraud with customer
So i want to atleast double amount
